Sorry I’m tardy getting this information out, but hopefully you believe the old saying “better late than never”.
Back on May 16th the QU Soccer Alumni hosted the 5th Annual Golf Shootout. Thirty-two foursomes teed off on an absolutely gorgeous day. If you remember, that was at the time when it seemed to rain every day and rain really hard. Our Golf Committee must have been praying that the “rain gods” slept in on 5/16. Thanks to all who participated in this wonderful event. This is a thoroughly enjoyable day for me, and I believe for all who join in. Thanks to our major sponsors (see pictures), our golfers, and to those who donate items as golf prizes, or as auction or raffle items. Thanks also to Larry Franzoi who has come back from Poway (CA) to play in each of our five events.
